As a User I need to login with my account, so I can use the app. Thus the Devs have to establish a connection between the bloc and the Flutter Implementation

Things that have to be completed before connecting:

  1. Bloc Structure has to be functional and completed for the screen
  2. Flutter implementation of the screen has to be completed

AC: Bloc and GUI connected, tested and working by user input
